Turkey Burgers

I was amazed–these turkey burgers were very good and moist.

Turkey Burgers

1 pounds ground turkey
2 Tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon powdered onion
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1 Tablespoon dried parsley
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

In a bowl mix the ground turkey with the remaining ingredients. Form into 4 patties. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute. Cook the patties in the skillet until they reach an internal temperature of 180 degrees.

  1. it sounds so yummy, but I’ve never ever seen ground turkey meat in the supermarket here in New Zealand.
